May is Mental Health Awareness Month

Join us to spread awareness about mental health and to help break the stigma.

Right now, during increased stress and anxiety surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, it is especially important to check in with your mental health, and that of your loved ones. The ongoing stress, fear, grief, isolation and uncertainty created by COVID-19 pandemic can have a particular impact on children and teens who may have a tough time coping emotionally. 

Daily items you can do to help improve your mental health include eating well to nourish your body, taking part in a physical activity like a walk in your neighborhood or gardening, getting outside, and maintaining healthy sleep habits.
