Enjoy the benefits of nature with a stroll led by a medical provider. Research shows time in nature can improve your mental and physical health.
Scheduled Wellness Outings:
Tips for a fun, healthy outing:
- Wear comfortable walking shoes.
- Bring binoculars, a water bottle and snacks.
- We love dogs, but please bring only service animals.
- Depending on weather conditions, Wellness Outings may be canceled.
