Performance Athlete Program
As a Performance Athlete, you'll receive a customized training program to help you achieve and track your performance goals and our coaching supervision ensures you continuously challenge yourself in a safe and fun environment.
Your individual program is developed to account for your current athletic pursuits, the equipment available to you in your training environment, and your goals for this training block.
Barton Performance Membership Programs vary to best meet your training needs and include:
- 8 or 12 small-group Performance Coaching sessions per month
- 1 Athlete Nutrition Performance Exploration
- 1 Mental Performance Exploration
- Unlimited Access to Group Performance Classes
