Barton's Wellness programs will focus on four distinct pillars: Nutrition, Exercise, Stress Management, and Sense of Purpose. Our wellness programs are designed to promote and maintain healthier living by combining conventional medicine with alternative medicine concepts. Our team will develop and personalize a program just for you that may include nutrition counseling, fitness classes, acupuncture, mindfulness, yoga and more.

Patients will be guided through a personalized wellness experience using the expertise of care coordinators, clinicians and performance coaches, dedicated to a journey of improved care. These care coordinators will connect patients with programs and the ideal pathway to reach their individual goals resulting in your best you.
