KaiaFIT is hosting their 2023 Wellness Retreat - a 3 day / 2 night event with inspiring speakers, a panel discussion on health & wellness, and Kaia workouts to stimulate your mind, body, and soul.

The Barton Center for Orthopedics & Wellness will be the primary venue for this event, with other activities happening at other locations around South Lake Tahoe.
